What's it like to work with Kristina?
Below are testimonials from supervisors, clients, and colleagues that have worked with Kristina.
"Kristina adapted very well to the new workflow in commercial production and contributed to the success of our work from home plan. She collaborated with sales and production to implement new workflows to maintain client productions while working from home. Despite the challenges the department has faced over the year, Kristina has continued to produce high quality work and meet the needs of the department. She continues to be a team player and assist with additional duties as needed."

Kristina's role: Traffic Coordinator, NBC Hub Operations, Encompass Digital Media
"I am pleased to announce that Kristina Hayes of NBC Traffic is our Spotlight Award winner for September!
When one of our Flip Factories crashed and burned last month, Kristina went way above and beyond and stayed for over 6 hours past the end of her shift to ensure that all paid content made it to air. Her efforts in manually dubbing materials, creating metadata, effectively communicating the exact status of the technical failure to our internal groups, and working with stations to save revenue with DOAs topped 4 of the 5 consideration categories and significantly minimized any SLA penalties for the company.
Kristina demonstrated true dedication to the Hub, our client (the stations) and our Company. It is this type of professionalism, and positive attitude that makes our operation the very best in the business."

Kristina's role: Vice President of Digital Media, AABJ
"Before you ask, it is done!!! Unselfish, efficient, delightful. Willing to go the extra mile.... all the characteristics of a great volunteer. Kristina takes her duties seriously and gives beyond 100 percent to get things done! And DONE WELL... with respect and dignity for AABJ. As past Digital Media committee chairperson, Kristina worked day and night to help make our website more efficient and member friendly... and this was not an easy task. While a click of the mouse is simple for members now, please know it took many many hours of personal time and sacrifice to make it happen, and Kristina did it with a cheerful volunteer spirit! I can truly speak from experience. When I had not a clue about how to maneuver an item on the AABJ website, I would call on Kristina. It didn't matter if it was 9am, 3pm, midnight, or 2am, she was ALWAYS THERE !!!!!! ON THE READY. In minutes Kristina would either have the problem solved, or have a better suggestion. Never putting it off for another day. She would check back with me to make sure everything was okay, did I have success, and she always, always let me know, if i needed anything else, all I had to do was ask!!!! I know she did this for everyone!!!!! She cares deeply for this organization!! In July 2010 she co-coordinated and facilitated AABJ’s first Final Cut Pro 101 Editing workshop with great success. And she was a calming, tremendous asset to last year's awards committee and a key to it's success. Kristina truly understands.. "When you learn, you teach, and when you get ... you give back." I am proud to nominate Kristina Hayes as AABJ's volunteer of the year."

Kristina's role: Vice President of Digital Media, AABJ
"Thanks to Kristina in 2011 she organized our AABJ website and made us competitive on the World Wide Web. She consistently met all deadlines, updated the website regularly, posted jobs for our members weekly, responded to people who inquired about AABJ and created the membership database which was a long daunting task. Kristina is always available to AABJ, she takes the time out of her busy schedule to assist and she never complains."

Kristina's role: Communications Intern
"...I would never have any qualms about sending her out to represent our company. She gets the job done, communicating effectively, and has learned to work well with her intern team, often serving as a peacemaker of the group. She's always pleasant with a ready smile and has excellent manners. I've been especially impressed with her knowledge of the technical end of the production business. she has worked beautifully with a client who is inexperienced with documentary production and Kristina's patience and organization has really helped move that project forward. Bring us more interns like Kristina. She's the best and we expect she'll go far in whatever career path she takes."
